The 12-year old son of Julianne Moore and director Bart Freundlich, Caleb, had a snowboarding accident.
IMDB.com reports that the boy broke his wrist on a snowboard run. The New York native is a big fan of winter sports.
Caleb has to stay off the slopes for a while to let his injury heal.
"My son is an active snowboarder and he just broke his wrist snowboarding," says Julianne Moore. She adds that the pre-teen is on the mend. The actress seems more preoccupied by her son’s hygiene than his broken bone. She comments that her son emits a foul odour when he takes his sports clothes off.
Julianne Moore can be seen this year in The Kids Are All Right with Mia Wasikowska, Mark Ruffalo and Annette Bening.
This fall she will film Boone’s Lick with Tom Hanks.
