Dennis Hopper, who recently filed for divorce for irreconcilable differences, is accused of threatening his fifth wife and having a strange attitude towards his six-year old daughter, Galen. So claims Victoria Duffy, who is fighting for custody of her daughter and child support. She has been married to the actor since 1996.
In legal documents obtained by the site TheDailyBeats, Victoria Duffy says the actor threatened to kill her if she tried to leave. She also accuses Hopper of leaving a loaded firearm within reach of their six-year old daughter and smoking marijuana in front of the girl.The actor smokes pot to relieve pain caused by his prostate cancer.
TMZ adds that, according to Victoria Duffy, Dennis Hopper does not really want a divorce. She accuses his family of trying to control him to get their hands on his fortune, and leaving her with nothing.
