Following the introduction of a Sex and the City perfume, the popular cable-show-turned-feature film will also have its own jewellery collection, reports Coco Perez.
Dogeared, a California jewellery maker, has acquired a license from HBO to produce items for the brand.
Several different charms have been created for necklaces, including a stilleto heel, a diamond and an Eiffel Tower charm in gold and silver. The jewellery will also be sold with a card that mentions the specific inspiration from the memorable show. Sex and the City necklaces will be sold online this spring by HBO.com and Dogeared.com.
Sex and the City 2 will hit theatres on May 28, 2010. In the sequel, several celebrity guests will make appearances, including Penelope Cruz, Miley Cyrus, Victoria Beckham, Liza Minelli and Barbra Streisand.
