Nick Jonas Moves Forward with Solo Project

The Jonas Brothers deny that they are splitting up, but Nick is venturing out on a solo project with his own band, called Nick Jonas and The Administration.

The youngest brother wants to have a parallel solo career in addition to being a member of the popular band with his brothers.

Nick Jonas and The Administration are getting ready for their first tour, which begins tonight in Washington, DC.

No Canadian dates have been confirmed for the moment, although rumours leave us to believe that additional dates will be added in the future.  In fact, a February 3 show may be announced soon for Toronto.

For his new project, Nick, 17, says that he was inspired by the music of Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band.

In their final hours before their first show, Nick Jonas and The Administration have been putting the final touches on their show in Dallas.  They plan to perform covers of Use Somebody by the Kings of Leon, Signed, Sealed, Delivered, I’m Yours by Stevie Wonder, as well as their own songs.
