Lohan doesn’t seem to be discouraged by the negative reviews that followed the clothing line she created for Ungaro. In fact, the star is moving forward with a collection for her own brand, 6126 LLC, which she launched in October 2008, reports Shiny Style.
The brand’s name pays tribute to Marilyn Monroe’s birthday. Lohan explained her choice, saying, “she represents timeless, confident glam and that is the voice of this brand.”
While Lohan has already introduced a line of leggings under the LLC 6126 brand in Beverly Hills, the actress plans to expand her activities by creating hundreds of pieces, including jackets, trousers and skirts.
Kristi Kaylor, who works for 6126 LLC, said of Lohan, "She’s intimately involved from day one, She picks fabrics. She looks at trims. She picks buttons. She doesn’t let anything go into production without trying it on."
