According to People magazine, the star’s marriage to Danielle Deleasa earlier this month resembled a real-life fairytale.
There was a castle, an enchanted forest, and even glass slippers for the bride. Jonas explained, "I knew that my princess needed her glass slippers and her castle."
"I always wanted my wedding to have that princess feel. I couldn’t have imagined this," described the young bride. The wedding took place on December 19 at the Oheka Castle in Huntington, New York.
Despite the snow that fell in the surrounding areas, the wedding went off without a hitch. The bride was escorted by her father, Thomas "Bucky" Deleasa, who walked her down the aisle to the notes of Bella Notte, a song from Beauty and the Beast. A Jonas family friend played the song on guitar.
"I’m an Italian girl. It just fit me and my dad," said Deleasa of the wedding song.
The groom’s father, Kevin Jonas Sr., officiated the ceremony with the bride’s pastor, Reverend Ron DePasquale Jr.
