The singer has expanded her creative arena and has launched her own jewellery line in New York.
Keys, who will perform on X Factor this weekend, unveiled her jewels at New York’s Collette Blanchard Gallery. The items were created in collaboration with Canadian designer Gisele Theriault, who has designed for the brand The Barber’s Daughters.
The star said of her collection, "I fell in love with the individuality of the pieces, but more than that, the words that were written on them really resonated with the songwriter in me."
The jewellery is made of metals and precious stones, and are engraved with inspiring messages.
Alicia Keys will drop her new album, The Element of Freedom, on December 15.
