According to FemaleFirst, Jolie has begun to file for adoption once again, and this time she wants to adopt a girl from Syria.
Apparently, Brad Pitt is not as enthusiastic as his partner, but he is not discouraging Jolie in her efforts. "He has made it clear that six children are more than he can handle. The idea of one more seemed ludicrous, but Angie is determined to complete her rainbow family," said a source.
A spokesperson for Immigration and Naturalization in Washington confirmed that only Angelina Jolie’s name appeared on the adoption papers.
Jolie adopted Maddox in Cambodia in 2001 when she was married to Billy Bob Thornton, although she was the child’s only legal parent. After she split with Thornton, she adopted Zahara in Ethiopia in 2005. Brad Pitt later became the legal parent of the two children.
In May 2006, the Jolie-Pitt couple welcomed their first biological child, Shiloh, and next adopted Pax from Vietnam the following year. Finally, in July 2008, the actress gave birth to biological twins, Knox and Vivienne.
