Sean Penn’s Son Arrested

According to FemaleFirst, Hopper Penn, 16, was arrested by Los Angeles police following a visit to his school.  However, since Hopper is a minor, the cause of the arrest was not revealed, nor if charges will be brought against him.

The arrest comes just weeks after his mother, Robin Wright Penn, filed for a divorce from Sean Penn, citing irreconcilable differences.

Last April, Penn had filed divorce documents, but asked the court to dismiss the case a month later.  Penn had also requested a divorce in December 2007, followed by a request from Robin, but in April 2008, both stars dropped the case, saying they wanted to give their relationship another chance.
