Elizabeth Hurley is releasing a range of organic fruit bars, oatmeal and dried beef, each containing 100 calories each. The products are derived from her Cotsworld farm.
She told the London Evening Standard that she was inspired by her inability to resist cookies. Hurley also said she cannot resist the urge to eat between meals. "Finding the right snacks can be challenging as most things are too fattening," she explained.
Next year, she hopes to develop a product based on berries and if all goes well, even healthy prepared meals.
Hurley confided that she still succumbs to guilty pleasures like cheese, sausage and pizza, but only occasionally.
The organic fruit bars will be sold at Harrods and will soon be available in grocery stores in the United Kingdom.
