The latest issue of Star magazine reported that the Good Charlotte singer wed the mother of his children, but Madden used his band’s Web site to deny the news.
"I keep getting emails from old friends and family asking about a wedding. NO we didn’t get married," Madden wrote.
Madden and Richie recently welcomed their second child, a boy named Sparrow. They are also the parents of a 22-month-old girl, Harlow.
Last May, the two revealed that they weren’t thinking of getting married for now. Richie stated, "We’re going to do it when the time’s right."
