The Colombian singer revealed during an interview with Britain’s Sky News that she is fine with the existence of file sharing and networking sites, reports Liberation Next.
To justify her point of view, Shakira explained that these different means of exchanging music allows her to feel closer to her fans and to people who appreciate music. She said, “It’s the democratisation of music in a way. And music is a gift. That’s what it should be, a gift.”
