Lohan may now be facing time behind bars because she has not followed the requirements of her probation. According to TMZ, there are allegations that the actress is in contempt of court.
In 2007, Lohan was arrested for driving while intoxicated and cocaine possession. She was sentenced to 24 hours in prison, 10 days of community service, and was required to attend an alcohol abuse course.
However, after spending only 84 minutes in jail, Lohan was released and given three years probation. Now, it seems that the star has not been attending her classes. She will appear in front of a judge this morning (October 16) to learn if her probation will be revoked and if she will be put behind bars.
