With that in mind, the Mercedes E-class AMG Estate, with its 6.2-litre V8, was definitely worth the wait.
For starters, the V8 shoots 525 horsepower to the wheels, despite the car’s 2-tonne weight. Furthermore, the E63 AMG Estate goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds, with a top speed of 250 km/h.
The car comes equipped with an energy recovering braking system, as well as a 7-speed automatic transmission. This new model also consumes 20% less fuel, at 12.8 litres per 100 km, despite its increase of 11 horsepower.
Obviously, the Mercedes AMG features the brand’s classic style, but a closer look reveals more muscular wheels.
The basic E63 AMG will come with a price tag of roughly $170 000 CAD.
