Osbourne revealed that he recently tested positive for the deadly disease, but according to Music-News, it was a false alarm.
The rocker was devastated to learn that he had contracted the virus. However, when he learned that the test results were false, he also learned that his years of drug and alcohol abuse have caused a lot of damage to his immune system.
Osbourne explained, "I went to the doctor and had an AIDS test and he told me it was positive. That was one of the worst days of my life."
Luckily for the singer, a later test confirmed that he did not have AIDS. He added, "It turns out that because I was drinking and using drugs so much, my immune system had dropped so that it was a borderline result. When I went back to be tested again it was negative."
