A DNA test has proven that Law is the father of the model’s baby, reports Starpulse.
Last month, Burke gave birth to her daughter, Sophia, after having a brief fling with the actor earlier this year while he was filming Sherlock Holmes in New York.
Now that the paternity test has confirmed that Law is the father, attorneys are planning for the actor and his daughter to meet.
Regarding Burke, a source revealed, "She (Burke) never had any doubt about the results, but is obviously relieved. She knows some people were questioning her."
Law had announced that he would be providing Burke child support to raise their child.
