The singer was celebrating her sold out show at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Tuesday (September 22).
Cyrus paid big bucks to close the new Katsuya restaurant and host a private party, reported FemaleFirst. The 16-year-old star told the restaurant owners that she wanted privacy, "no matter the cost."
A source added, "She was in great spirits and danced almost the whole night."
