The 20-year-old singer was also sentenced to five years of probation and a year of therapy, following his attack on Rihanna. Brown was spotted collecting garbage and cleaning the horse stalls for the Richmond, Virginia police force.
According to witnesses, Brown didn’t seem embarrassed at all. Earlier in the day, the star even wrote on his Twitter page about his plans, writing, "On my way to community service."
The Richmond police chief, who is supervising Brown, says that he will also be washing cars and removing graffiti. The singer’s work hours are flexible to accommodate his schedule.
