The French singer and actress can count on Beck, one of the big names in contemporary music, to help her write and produce her next album.
Gainsbourg is working alongside Beck to record IRM, her third disc that is headed to stores in the beginning of 2010.
"I wrote a few, with her in mind, but when we spent time together they changed because I got more of a feeling of where she wanted to go," said Beck.
Gainsbourg’s 5:55 album from 2006 includes several English songs, and sold 22 000 copies in the United States, which ultimately caught Beck’s attention.
