Hilton could be going to court against the greeting card company. The heiress is accusing the brand of using her image as well as her coined expression, "that’s hot," in one of Hallmark’s greeting cards.
The star says that the card called Paris’s First Day as a Waitress is much too similar to one of the scenes from her reality show, The Simple Life. She now wants to collect damages for an undisclosed sum.
During the hearing, Judge Diarmuid O’Scannlain stated that he doesn’t believe directors at Hallmark that claim that the young woman on the card is not Paris Hilton.
