The young star is being accused of causing a three-vehicle accident three years ago in Los Angeles, reports Starpulse.com.
Katie Porter claims that her car was struck from behind by a taxi, which was hit by Efron’s car in 2006.
According to court records, Porter has spent the past three years battling with insurance companies and she’s had enough. The woman is asking for $1 200 for car repairs and $400 to cover costs of a rental car.
