Last night at the Teen Choice Awards, the film Twilight took the prime spotlight.
The film earned 11 surfboard trophies out of the 12 categories in which it was nominated, and even beat Slumdog Millionaire in the choice drama category. The two principal actors were also honoured with several awards. Robert Pattinson won four surfboards, including one for movie drama actor and another for male hottie.
Singer Miley Cyrus was another big name during the event, winning six Teen Choice Awards, including one for music/dance movie actress.
The event, which was held at Hollywood’s Gibson Theater, was hosted by the Jonas Brothers.
