According to TMZ, the High School Musical star is accusing her ex-manager, Johnny Vieira, of not having respected the terms of a private court-approved agreement, which has forced Hudgens to pay her dues.
In April, Vieira sued the young star for five million dollars, on the grounds that Hudgens had not paid him all his commissions as stipulated in a prior document.
In the new case filed at the Los Angeles County Superior Court, the actress alleges that Vieira had broken the terms of their contract by leading people to believe that he was still working for her via his MySpace page. Now she hopes to recuperate the money she shelled out to her ex-manager.
