New Details on Toronto Film Festival

The Toronto Film Festival will once again host the big names in film.

Several details concerning the 34th edition of the Toronto Film Festival have begun to circulate.

We have learned that Steven Soderbergh will be presenting The Informant! with Matt Damon, a film inspired by a true story in which an employee of a major food company reveals a scandal.

Jane Campion will be presenting her film Bright Star, which tells the story of a link between poet John Keats and Fanny Brawne, a young neighbour who does not speak the same language.

In addition, the Ricky Gervais film, The Invention of Lying, will be making its world premiere.

Again this year, Edward Norton will be in Toronto, this time, with his film Leaves of Grass, in which he plays twins, a professor and marijuana producer.

Clive Owen will also be making an appearance with The Boys Are Back, which follows a widower who raises his two sons alone.

The film Precious, starring Lenny Kravitz and Mariah Carey, will also be presented at the event.

The Toronto Film Festival will take place from September 10 to 19.
