The Gossip Girl star doesn’t believe that she can realize her dreams of going to college, because her acting career has taken up so much of her life, reports Starpulse.com.
Lively, 21, still dreams of going to the prestigious American school, Stanford, even though her plans changed when her older brother, Eric, encouraged her to take her chances as an actress during her last year of high school.
The star, who comes from a family of actors, admitted that she never wanted to become part of the industry at the beginning. She explained, "(Becoming an actress) was the last thing I wanted to do. Because it was like the family business. It didn’t seem like this grand, wonderful Hollywood thing – it was just what my family did. So I worked my whole life to go to Stanford."
Lively still hopes that she will one day go to college.
