Jolie and Pitt made a one million dollar donation to a United Nations organisation aiding hundreds of thousands of Pakistani refugees, reports Starpulse.com.
The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees stated that 2 million Pakistanis were forced to leave their homes this year, as a result of the fighting between government troops and Taliban militants in the northwest part of the country.
Jolie has visited the refugees three times since she became a goodwill ambassador for the UN in 2001.
