The R&B star accepted to pay $300 000 to each of the two children whose mother was killed, stemming from a car accident with the singer, reports Starpulse.com.
Awatef Aboudihaj was killed in a collision with Brandy’s car in Los Angeles three years ago. The singer avoided criminal charges, but was sued by the victim’s husband, Marouane Hdidou, and his two children.
According to TMZ.com, a document filed in Los Angeles yesterday (June 2) states that Brandy has agreed to pay the children a total of $600 000.
However, the star’s nightmare is not yet over. A new agreement with the widower has not been reached, since Hdidou rejected Brandy’s 1.2 million dollar offer in February.
