The war between Rob and Sheryl Lowe and one of their former nannies, Jessica Gibson, has finally come to an end with both sides requesting their lawsuits to be dismissed, People magazine has learned.
Lawyers for both sides have refused to make any comments, so it is unclear whether a financial agreement is the reason for this sudden truce.
In April, the Lowes sued Gibson for defamation and extortion when she asked for 1.5 million dollars in exchange for her silence. A few days later, Gibson counter-sued the couple for sexual harassement, which they have vehemently denied.
In contrast, the legal battle with another nanny, Laura Boyce, is still ongoing. In this case, she accused Sheryl Lowe of sexual harassement and having to work in a hostile environment.
