Lohan told Closer magazine that she wants to leave sunny LA for England, where she hopes to live a more normal life.
"I like London, people aren’t as judgemental. I want to be on my own for a while. I need to care about myself now. I didn’t get into this business to be a celebrity. I’ve been a target for a long time," the star said, referring to her painful split with Samantha Ronson.
It seems that the 22-year-old actress is now convinced that a change in scenery would allow her to undo her tabloid party image. "I’ve become this girl who’s seen as someone who parties, who wants to be photographed all the time, isn’t focused and can’t be on time. That’s not true," Lohan added.
