Five months after getting engaged to her boyfriend David Otunga, who proposed on her 27th birthday, Jennifer Hudson decided to counter-propose on his birthday, People magazine reported.
Last month, the star proposed to her fiancé and presented him with a personally designed Neil Lane engagement ring.
Lane said, "Jennifer wanted to give him something really special when she asked David to marry her. It was very sentimental and romantic … They are really in love."
Hudson and her fiancé have yet to set a date for the wedding, but plan to include the singer’s three dogs as ring bearers in the ceremony.
