Actor Will Ferrell is in talks to star in the comedy Neighborhood Watch, reports Variety.
The story follows a writer from the city who moves to the suburbs and begins observing his neighbours. Meanwhile, he discovers a big conspiracy.
David Dobkin (Wedding Crashers, Fred Claus) is also negotiating to direct the project.
In the meantime, Will Ferrell will star in the comedy adventure Land of the Lost on June 5. We can also see him in the comedy The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard, opening in theatres on August 14.
