According to E! Online, Richards will never sing for anyone after being criticised for her rendition of Take Me Out To The Ball Game at Chicago’s Wrigley Park.
A witness said of Richards’ performance, "It was awful. We’ve had some bad versions at Wrigley Park – but that was among the worst."
The beauty admitted that she accepted the invitation to sing at the Cubs game at the last minute. In return, the baseball team agreed to allow a booth to be set up for the Kidney Cancer Association.
"I’m clearly not a singer. But I thought it would be fun… I had no idea the backlash I would get. It took everything in me to get up there and do that… It’s just unfortunate that doing something good was turned into such a negative," confessed the actress.
