According to People magazine, Meg White plans to marry Jackson Smith, the son of Patti Smith.
"I can confirm Meg and Jackson will be married some time this year," said White’s rep.
This will be Meg’s second trip down the aisle. She was previously married to her band mate, Jack White. The two were wed in 1996, and divorced in 2000.
In 2005, Jack White remarried, this time to model Karen Elson. The two are now the parents of two children.
The White Stripes are currently taking a break while Jack White is concentrating on the release of an album with his new band, Dead Weather. The album is scheduled to hit stores in June.
