Arraignment Delayed for Kanye West

Kanye West’s arraignment for an altercation with a photographer has been delayed.

During a brief hearing on Monday (April 13), West’s attorney obtained a delay in entering a plea for his client’s case, according to TMZ.

West and his manager, Don Crowley, both face charges that include vandalism and assault after an attack.

The incident took place last September 11 at the Los Angeles airport.  West and Crowley attacked a photographer, breaking his equipment.  The rapper and his manager were free to leave the scene but were required to appear in court at a later date.  Now the men will have until May 20 to respond to the charges.

If found guilty, West could face two and a half years in jail, while Crowley could be facing five years.
