People magazine reports that the 62-year-old actress left the hospital yesterday (April 9) with her ex-husband, Ryan O’Neal.
Fawcett was being treated not for cancer, but for internal bleeding following an operation that she had in Germany.
"She’s walking and in great in spirits and looking forward to celebrating Easter at home," revealed her doctor, Dr. Lawrence Piro.
"Farrah was discharged [Thursday] afternoon from the hospital and is at home. The pain from the hematoma has improved tremendously."
