In an interview with Empire magazine, Megan Fox admitted that keeping up with her sex-symbol reputation is getting in the way of her performances on the big screen.
"You can’t be [a sex symbol] 24 hours a day. I can’t be a professional celebrity or a professional sexpot. I can’t do that to myself. I just want to work and make the right choices, and study and develop as an actress," explained the Transformers star.
According to the 22-year-old actress, her career has run off on a tangent and she hopes to get it back on track again. "I don’t want to be on the cover of every magazine that exists. It’s my job to show people something different," the beauty said.
In the meantime, we can see Fox in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, invading theatres on June 24.
