Focus Features has released the trailer for the film Taking Woodstock, directed by Ang Lee (Brokeback Mountain).
The film stars Demetri Martin, Emile Hirsch, Imelda Staunton, Henry Goodman, Jonathan Groff, Mamie Gummer, Eugene Levy, Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Liev Schreiber.
The story was inspired by the memoirs of Eliot Tiber called Taking Woodstock: A True Story of a Riot, a Concert, and a Life.
Tiber managed the family hotel located on the fields next to where the famous 1969 Woodstock festival took place. He allowed the organizers of the event to make the hotel into their headquarters.
The film is due out on the big screen on August 14.
