FemaleFirst reports that an unhappy fan filed an anonymous complaint against the Lili Claire Foundation, a charity organisation for children.
The fan in question donated $30,000 during an auction in 2007, so that he could meet Angelina Jolie. However, this meeting never happened. He hopes to get his money back, and is asking for compensation in damages and interest, according to TMZ.
Additionally, we have learned that the State of California has declared that the actress’ mother, Marcheline Bertrand, who is now dead, has incurred $60 000 of unpaid taxes. She left a large amount of money to her daughter, Jolie, and her son, James Haven, as well as to members of her next of kin.
Bertrand’s successors are now being sued for $62,928.70 US.
