A rep for Groban is denying reports that his client is dating singer Katy Perry, reports People.
Lake Burland stated, "Josh and Katy are very close friends and hang out, but they are not a couple."
Perry, who broke up with boyfriend Travis McCoy in January, is currently on tour promoting her album One of the Boys.
Groban, who is working on a new album, attended a Katy Perry show in February, sparking rumours of a romance.
