The actress is currently in talks with Paramount Pictures to star in the upcoming film, reports Variety.
Produced by Kevin Misher (The Interpreter), the story follows a man and woman whose best friends fall in love. Now, for the first time, the two are left without their respective sidekicks and begin the search for a new partner.
In the meantime, Cameron Diaz has two films being released this year, My Sister’s Keeper with Abigail Breslin, opening June 26, and The Box, opening on October 30.
