According to People, West has been charged with three different allegations in a Los Angeles court.
The charges stem from an incident that took place on September 11 at the Los Angeles airport. The rapper’s manager is also being accused on the same charges.
The two men took a camera from a photographer before throwing it on the ground. Crowley, West’s manager, also assaulted another photographer. West and Crowley must appear in court on April 14 to face the charges.
If found guilty, West may spend up to 2 and a half years in prison, while Crowley could face five years behind bars.
Last November 14, West was also arrested in England for a similar incident, but there were no formal charges pressed.
