According to People, a Beverly Hills judge retracted an arrest warrant for the young actress, after her lawyer provided proof that his client attended her required courses.
Last Friday (March 13), a warrant had been issued for Lohan, but her lawyer now insists that the incident was, "born out of a misunderstanding."
Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, stated, "[Lohan] has satisfied all the conditions of her probation, and I have every expectation that she’ll successfully complete those terms."
Lohan was not present in court.
