With the group’s new album, guitarist Nick McCarthy believes that Tonight will get people onto the dance floor.
McCarthy told Be Interactive, "We wanted to make something that is fun and danceable and sexy. Just because we’re always been that kind of band I think."
Following its release in January, the band’s third album shot to the number two position among the biggest selling albums in Canada, according to Billboard.
Franz Ferdinand’s other albums, Franz Ferdinand and You Could Have It So Much Better, were also hits.
