After she kicked off her Circus tour, Britney Spears made a special appearance for a good cause, reports People.
The pop singer visited 40 sick kids in a Miami children’s hospital on Saturday (March 7).
The hospital’s spokesperson, Cristene Martinez, said, "She took pictures with the kids and gave them autographed pictures. The kids were so excited to meet Britney, and having her here was a great distraction for them."
The star also made a donation to the Big Apple Circus Clown Care program at the hospital, which offers patients regular visits from medical staff dressed in clown costumes.
