Hamilton is currently in talks to star in the film Terminator Salvation.
The actress would provide her voice to the Sarah Connor character, which was part of the first two Terminator films.
It is still unknown how Sarah Connor would fit into the screenplay, or if Hamilton will sign on for the film.
Terminator Salvation stars Christian Bale, Anton Yelchin, Bryce Dallas Howard, Moon Bloodgood, Common, Jadagrace and Helena Bonham Carter. The movie is expected to hit theatres on May 22.
Linda Hamilton will star in the comedy Waters Rising later this year.
