Actress Sandra Bullock has agreed to star in a dramatic comedy about football called The Blindside.
Based on the Michael Lewis book, "The Blind Side: Evolution of the Game," the film tells the true story of Michael Oher, who is actually expected to be drafted into the NFL this year.
In his youth, Oher was homeless before he was taken in by a host family. Bullock will play the host mother.
John Lee Hancock (The Rookie, The Alamo) will adapt the story to film.
This year, we can see Sandra Bullock in the romantic comedy The Proposal, set to open on June 12, and in All About Steve, another comedy opening in the fall.
