Lucie J. Kim says she represents over one million Asians in Los Angeles who claim that they are victims of the singer’s discriminatory acts.
Cyrus gave a public apology twice, saying she never had the intention of offending anyone when she made her "goofy face."
According to Kim, Cyrus knew and should have known that her photo would surface the media. She intends to win $4,000 per person in the collective lawsuit for having their civil rights violated.
