A spokesperson for the company told Billboard.com that they are not working with Janet Jackson, as various tabloids had reported.
"We have not signed a deal with Janet, nor are we currently in discussions with the artist," said John Vlautin, Live Nation’s vice president of communications.
Last September, Jackson left her record label, Island Def Jam, after only 14 months.
Recently, several artists have inked deals with Live Nation, including Madonna, U2 and Jay-Z.
