After basking in the Caribbean sun, Winehouse is now in London getting ready to make her move, after hubby Blake Fielder-Civil initiated divorce proceedings, reports News of the World.
The 25-year-old star asked her panel of attorneys to prepare a document describing Fielder-Civil’s behaviour during their marriage.
"She’ll be back to form a battle plan. Amy wants nothing more to do with husband Blake (Fielder Civil). She’s sick of him harassing her so she wants out of the country (St. Lucia) ASAP,” a source previously revealed.
