Pearl Jam to Get Back into the Studio

Eddie Vedder and the other members of Pearl Jam will soon begin recording new material.

According to Rolling Stone, the Seattle band is getting ready to collaborate with producer Brendan O’Brien, who produced their 1998 disc, Yield.

The group’s lead singer, Eddie Vedder, describes the still-untitled album as being very powerful and uptempo.

In addition to the new album, Pearl Jam is planning to re-release the 1991 classic, Ten, which will be in stores on March 24.
